MACERATA – The urge to leave is there and Europe Day, back after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, immediately hit the mark. Many people who gathered around the city to taste unusual dishes in the traditional “European Aperitifs” started yesterday (May 11) in the evening and will continue until Saturday (May 14). Sixty-one activities have been implemented, cooking dishes from a foreign country: France, Spain and Germany remain the most popular, although someone has tried to experience something different such as cuisine from Albania or Estonia.
